Al Fresco Slouch

I wanted to use Anzula Oasis (DK / 8 ply; 70% Silk, 30% Camel; 375 yards) for some time now. I knew just looking at it that it will be a wonderful yarn for some textured stitch. I was right.

Reminiscent of a painting done on plaster this stitch pattern combines seed stitch squares and little columns of cables. At the crown seed stitch continues in the midst of tapering cables.

This pattern is sold on Ravelry.com  and on PATTERNFISH

The green hat is made from Cascade 220 Superwash.

My thanks to Pam Brydon for knitting this hat using Oasis (orange)
and my beautiful model Anna Wannenmacher.
